Returns, Refund & Exchanges

We offer 3 days of Return from the date of Delivery. Please note that exchange is only available if the product is received as damaged. Issues regarding size differences do not qualify for exchange. Additionally, we do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

Refund Policy: If refund is approved by JONAKEE, the refund will be processed and credited within 3- 5 business days to original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange, a clear unpacking video must be recorded when you receive the product and open it for the first time.

The buyer must send the defective/faulty material to our official address. The product must be intact, unworn, unused, and with all tags undamaged. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the parcel billing. Note: The verification and replacement/refund process may take 3 to 10 working days after we receive the material, depending on availability. Exchange Production Time: 10 to 15 business days (Delivery time separate).

Choose your size wisely as we do not have a general return/refund policy for fit issues.

• Blouses: Our blouses feature inner margins and can be altered to the next size. No exchange is provided for blouse size issues. We recommend choosing a size bigger than your regular body size.
• Punjabi/Kurta: We will only provide size alterations if the product is returned in its exact original condition.
• Dhuti: Provided in original unstitched form; not ready-to-wear.
• Customization: Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after customization.

If the item is in stock, dispatch occurs within 2-3 working days. Otherwise, standard production times apply:

• Saree / Blouse / Kurta 10 - 15 Days
• Dress / Dhuti 10 - 15 Days

*Emergency orders are generally not accepted. Please contact us for guidance if an urgent request is needed.

• Care: We suggest Dry Cleaning only. Every product is pre-washed. We are not responsible for damage (bloating or distortion) caused by normal detergent.
• Color: Colors may slightly vary from images due to screen brightness and daylight photography. No color-related queries will be entertained after 24 hours of receiving the product.
